It depends on your expectation of what it does; many people have the misconception that it gives you hot water faster and this is not the case. Actually it gives you unlimited hot water. If you want to get hot water faster we have another option for you – just ask.

A Typically most water heaters last anywhere from 10-12 years. In New Mexico, because of our hard water, if the water heater is older than 10-12 years you may want to start planning to replace it. Also, if it’s making popping or bubbling noises it’s getting close to needing a replacement. And lastly, if you notice it running out of water more quickly than it used to, it’s going to be replacement time real soon (or it’s leaking).

There are a lot of variables that go into determining if its time to replace your A/C unit. One of our techs will show you our scale that we use to determine if it needs to be replaced or not.

Typically, swamp coolers last 10-12 years but that can vary depending on how well it’s maintained. Usually, they are replaced when they are over 10-12 years old, are leaking, ceased up, or very rusted.
